I placed an order for this item on October 27, 2024 and it was meant to be an anniversary gift for my husband. It is now December 23, 2024 and my order is still processing. I cannot cancel the order because it says it is preparing to ship, which has been the same status since 2 days after I placed the order. I have filled out the contact form multiple times in the past 2 months with no response. I managed to find a number to call and I have left multiple voicemails with no response. I managed to find 2 different service emails and have never received a response. The item said it was in stock when I placed the order. At this point, I have no idea what else to do. I have received no communication from this company and I cannot cancel my order.

Gamerz Tek cancelled my order after it being "processing" for a week without me asking for it to be cancelled,  and no explanation given. After reaching out multiple times I received no response or support, very disappointed as I wanted to have the system.

If you want a portable nes that doubles as a home console that doesn't break your wallet, then THIS IS FOR YOU! I only gave 4 stars because there's some dead pixels sometimes, but either than that it's perfect!
