16 days and two emails later I've yet to receive a response or a product shipped to me. The order has been "processing " for two weeks with no change. This website is starting to look like a scam.

My wife got this for my birthday and I love it, the console arrived fast and in mint condition. If you are like me and you no longer own a CRT television but want to relive some of those fond childhood memories of playing the Nintendo entertainment system and don't want to spend over $200 on one of the FPGA clone consoles on the market than this is the console for you, the colour palette & sound are excellent and inserting and removing the cartridges is not an issue like with other clone consoles. I own about 20 NES games and the gamerztek 8 bit HD plays them all perfectly, I am incredibly happy with this console and would recommend it to anyone looking for an HD NES console

I am super impressed with this new version of Gamerz Tek's 8 Bit HD clone system. Not only does it perform flawlessly, it performs flawlessly on my HDTV via HDMI. Audio is perfect, no lag in play, and colors are amazing.  I simply cannot say enough good things about this system. And the price is super low compared to the quality you receive. Bravo Gamerz Tek!!

I don't know what system the other guy was playing but I've never had an issue with any GamerzTek consoles. They all work great and this one is no exception. I'd take one of these any day over a NES Classic.
